H beam horizontal welding machine

a. Work principle

        The machine consists of welding main machine and front-back transport conveyor. The main machine has two heads, which realizes welding the two welding lines at the same time. Two welding guns are both single arc-double wire welding, and flux automatic feeding and collecting back. The main machine is gantry structure; weldment is transported from front conveyor to main machine, after welding, transported by back conveyor. b. Each structure function introduction and features

Main machine sets two welding guns, separately located on fixing table and slipway, by adjusting the position of slipway, to weld H beam of different section.

Work-piece is transported to main machine by conveyor. When welding, conveyor is changed to passive; weldment is driven by two sets of hydraulic driving rollers on fixing table and slipway, adjusting the flow of hydraulic motor, to realize stepless adjustment of running speed (welding speed).

There are two hydraulic drift arc devices on the two sides of main machine, which keeps work-piece earthing all right.

The height of welding gun is controlled by mini engine, adjusted by the button on operation platform, to ensure the accuracy of welding position.

Recovery device and flux container are on the platform of machine top. Flux laying is controller by the mini cylinder. Power is loaded on the ground.

Adopt bucket type welding wire(the user prepare) to suit for long-term effective welding.
